District Manager

This role is a dynamic leadership opportunity overseeing a multi-brand retail portfolio across a defined region. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and a consistently elevated customer experience across all stores within your district. Acting as the key link between store teams and headquarters, you will translate strategy into execution while ensuring strong alignment with brand standards and business objectives. You will lead and develop Store Managers, fostering a high-performance, people-first culture built on accountability, coaching, and engagement. The role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking and hands-on leadership, with frequent store visits and direct field involvement.
